JE Ludick
has named more than 190 cvs of rosa-sinensis. They include the widest
range of colors: white (Mt Shasta, Great White), cream (Carol Peterson,
Irish Gold, Maureen), red (Ann Coniglio, El Bolero, Pro Legato), pink
(Annie Ackerman, Luscious Blush, Mellonaire), rose (Ida Mae Fageol), orange
(St. Lucie Sunrise, Hokey Joe, Orange Ice), yellow (Double Delight, ID'clare),
lavender (Dakota Rose, Tara Marie, Jane Carter), purple (Pro Forma), gray
(Rolling Thunder), silver (Sterling Silver), tan (Butterscotch Sundae),
and brown (Cinnamon Toast, Topaz Glory).
Mr. Ludick
was the first to hybridize both an entirely white single cv, Great White,
